Return and refund

At Occasion Planner, we strive to make your celebrations smooth and stress-free. Please read our booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies carefully before confirming your order.

Booking Policy

  • We recommend booking our services 7–10 days in advance to secure your preferred slot.
  • Last-minute bookings are accepted up to 12 hours before the event, subject to availability.
  • For urgent bookings, please contact us directly at 916291802120 to confirm availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Less than 24 hours before the event → No refund will be issued.
  • 24 to 72 hours before the event → A cancellation fee of ₹1000 or 50% of booking amount, whichever is lower, will be charged.
  • 3–7 days before the event → A flat cancellation charge of ₹500 applies.
  • 7 days or more before the event → No cancellation charges.

Important Notes:

  • In case of adverse weather or unforeseen natural circumstances, only rescheduling is permitted (no refunds).
  • Perishable items (cakes, flowers, etc.) are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-reschedulable.
  • For special occasion packages (Valentine’s Day – 13th & 14th Feb, Christmas – 25th Dec, New Year’s Eve – 31st Dec, and similar events), cancellations are not allowed due to their limited nature.
  • For Room & Decoration Packages / Candlelight Dinner Packages, the entire booking amount will be forfeited in case of cancellation.

Reschedule Policy

  • Less than 24 hours before the event → Rescheduling may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
  • 24 hours to 3 days before the event → Rescheduling is free of charge.
  • 3 days or more before the event → Rescheduling is free of charge.
  • Rescheduling is not permitted for special dates (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and other exclusive events).

Other Information

  • Cake and bouquet orders cannot be canceled on the day of delivery/experience.
